The space is located at 620 North Houston Ave. and will be leased by supply, procurement and export company Gateway Supply Inc.<\/p>\n<p>Mark Nicholas, Richard Quarles and Joe Berwick of JLL negotiated the terms on behalf of the landlord, Schroeder Partnership Ltd. Ron Robertson of Caldwell Cos. represented the tenant in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Gateway Supply Inc. was attracted to this property because of its crane-served capabilities and ample outside storage,&#8221; Mark Nicholas\u00a0said in a prepared statement. &#8220;The property more than met the requirements of a facility that will support their manufactured cement home operation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The fenced property consists of approximately 8 acres of land and includes three crane-served buildings.
