The product is a web-based application designed to assist sales agents in creating\u00a0electronic and print materials and\u00a0offering memorandums and asset valuations that are critical to help clients in the investment decision-making process.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s Chief Administrative Officer Gregory LaBerge was responsible for supervising the launch of the new product. &#8220;MNet-Offering provides tremendous analytical and presentation capabilities that support our agents\u2019 interaction with and work product for our clients,\u201d said LaBerge\u00a0in prepared remarks. He\u00a0added that the new tool enables the agents\u2019 mobility, having a financial modeling component built to handle complex property valuation and analysis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInvestment returns can be calculated based on the goals and objectives of each client and then matched to existing investment opportunities. Agents throughout the firm use MNet-Offering materials to invoke our time-tested, structured sales process to support decision-making, marketing and sales or refinancing for our clients,\u201d continued LaBerge.<\/p>\n<p>As described\u00a0by Ken Sayward, Marcus &amp; Millichap\u2019s CIO, the main advantage of the new product is the cutting-edge and user-friendly interface. &#8220;We\u2019ve become especially adept at synthesizing feedback that we receive from our agents and clients and creating and honing productivity tools to meet their needs.\u201d concluded Sayward.<\/p>\n<p>The launching of the app falls in line with Marcus &amp;
