The firm purchased the asset for $8.5 million.<\/p>\n<p>Palmer Vietor from Owens Realty Services represented Owens Realty Capital in the transaction. HFF\u2019s Michael Weinberg, Matthew Sand and Ashley Rosenberg secured $5.6 million acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer. CBRE represented the seller.<\/p>\n<p>The 3-story building is located at 4798 New Broad St. in Orlando\u2019s Baldwin Park submarket with convenient access to Florida State Road 50, Interstate 4 and Florida State Road 408.
