The multi-tenant high-tech office building is located at 5430 Data Court and includes call and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/data-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">data center space<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The building was completed in 2001 and is situated on a 16.9-acre lot in Avis Farms. Amenities include a 500-space surface parking lot, large windows and a park-like setting with\u00a0pond views. Occupancy is currently reported at 65 percent, according to data published on Friedman\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are delighted to have been awarded this assignment and look forward to expanding our presence in the Ann Arbor market,\u201d Brian Bass, senior managing director of Commercial Real Estate at Friedman, said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>The Farmington Hills-based company has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/friedman-integrated-to-renovate-and-lease-raleigh-officentre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a diverse portfolio<\/a> of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets.
