four industrial properties totaling 1,718,768 square feet in Hanover, Md.; Denver; Pompano Beach, Fla.; and Redlands, Calif.; and two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/retail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">retail<\/a> properties totaling 275,859 square feet in Delray Beach and Celebration, Fla.<\/p>\n<p>The HFF debt placement team representing the borrower was led by Senior Managing Director Riaz Cassum, Director Lauren O\u2019Neil and Senior Real Estate Analyst Robyn King.<\/p>\n<p>HFF was unable to provide additional information, and Clarion did not respond to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Commercial Property Executive<\/a><\/em>\u2019s request for further information.<\/p>\n<p>Clarion has been on a tear in just the past 60 days or so, investing in a diverse array of properties in multiple states:<\/p>\n<p>In early October, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/clarion-partners-closes-on-cambridge-life-science-complex\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Clarion acquired 245 First St.<\/a>, a two-building Class A office and life science complex in East Cambridge, Mass., for $311.3 million.<\/p>\n<p>In late October, Clarion, in partnership with Atlanta-based investment and investment company Jamestown LP, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/jamestown-clarion-go-shopping-in-midtown-atlanta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bought for about $130 million<\/a> Westside Provisions District, an \u201curban destination,\u201d a retail-and-dining property and an adjacent luxury retail and residential project, on Atlanta\u2019s Westside.<\/p>\n<p>Barely 10 days ago, Clarion purchased from Capstone Partners and PCCP LLC, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/jll-completes-36m-sale-of-pdx-logistics-center-ii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PDX Logistics Center II<\/a> in Portland, Ore. The brand-new, Class A, 355,200-square-foot property sold for $36.2 million and is fully leased.<\/p>\n<p>And not even a week ago, <em>Commercial Property Executive<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/grocery-anchored-portfolio-trades-for-218m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported on Clarion\u2019s purchase<\/a>, from Loja Real Estate, of a portfolio of 11 grocery-anchored properties in five states.
