The former industrial milk facility now serves as an example of the city\u2019s surge of unique <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">office<\/a> space stemming from repositioned assets. The project is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/development\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">development<\/a> project consists of more than 34,000 square feet of office space and a 150,000-square-foot build-to-suit, multi-story office opportunity. In addition, tenants will benefit from outdoor rooftop space and loft office space. The property will also feature a mix of more than 45,000 square feet of retail shops, restaurants and central parking garage surrounded by the outdoor communal space named \u201cThe Yard\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is essentially a blank shell that is customizable and has the ability to reflect any tenant\u2019s brand. It\u2019s a unique project that offers a creative slant to doing business in an urban environment, with pathways and a music venue. It\u2019s perfect for employers and employees looking for nontraditional space with the ease and convenience of being in an urban setting,\u201d Peter McGuone, first vice president with CBRE Brokerage Atlanta office, said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 777 Memorial Drive, off the Beltline, the property offers convenient access to a network of public transportation and is close to to I-20 and the King Memorial MARTA station. \u201cAtlanta Dairies, which was a landmark property in Reynoldstown, will deliver a mixed-use project that focuses on improving tenants\u2019 wellbeing.
