The company will occupy the entire eighth floor of the office building, which offers superior glass exposure, as of early 2017. Insight is relocating to the property from Scottsdale.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;24<span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">th<\/span> at Camelback II&#8217;s strong visibility on Camelback Road, central location, size and design, along with the close proximity to the many businesses in the high-profile area, helped attract Insight Global,&#8221; Michelle Brown, general property manager with Hines, said in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 2325 E. Camelback Road, the 11-story, Class A building totaling 306,877 square feet was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/development\/\" target=\"_blank\">developed<\/a> and is owned and managed by Hines. The high-rise building is LEED Platinum certified. The property features glass and masonry exterior and offers 1,299 parking stalls and controlled access, among other amenities.<\/p>\n<p>Cushman &amp; Wakefield&#8217;s Jeff Hartland, senior managing director, and Scott Boardman, associate vice president represented the landlord in the transaction.
