In this capacity, Kunec will be in charge of the company\u2019s Las Vegas operations, including land acquisition, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/development\/\" target=\"_blank\">construction<\/a>, sales and customer service.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to promote Brian Kunec to head one of KB Home\u2019s most dynamic divisions. Brian joined KB Home nearly a year ago as executive vice president, and brings a wealth of unique local and national homebuilding knowledge to our business. I believe his broad experience and proven leadership will be invaluable as KB Home continues to grow in Las Vegas,\u201d Matt Mandino, regional president of KB Home, said in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Kunec holds more than a decade of residential construction experience under his belt, having worked alongside\u00a0major homebuilders across the nation.
