Since joining the company, his team has closed more than 100 real estate transactions totaling approximately $3 billion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a well-deserved promotion recognizing Nick\u2019s key role and his significant contribution to the success of Gramercy,\u201d Gordon DuGan, Gramercy CEO, said\u00a0in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Gramercy in July 2012, Pell served as\u00a0a director in the Investment Department at W.P. Carey. Prior to that, he\u00a0held positions as director of business development at Sony Pictures Entertainment and analyst with J.P.
