Located in the heart of downtown <a href=\"https:\/\/doubletree3.hilton.com\/en\/hotels\/arkansas\/doubletree-by-hilton-fort-smith-city-center-FSMCCDT\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Fort Smith<\/a> at 700 Rogers Ave., the\u00a0building is connected to the <a href=\"https:\/\/fortsmithconventioncenter.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Fort Smith Convention Center<\/a>, housing 255 upscale guestrooms throughout its nine stories.<\/p>\n<p>Just five miles from the Fort Smith Municipal Airport and a short walk to downtown attractions, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/hotel\/\" target=\"_blank\">hotel<\/a> will house 17,000 square feet of meeting space, a 10,656-square-foot grand ballroom, a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor heated pool, and feature a chocolate chip cookie welcome for all the guests.
