Grant Griffin<\/p><\/div>\n

Atlanta<\/strong>\u2014BBG<\/a>, a top independent national commercial real estate valuation, advisory and assessment firm, has announced the appointment of Grant Griffin, MAI, as senior managing director in the company\u2019s Atlanta office. In his new role, Griffin will be in charge of overseeing BBG\u2019s Southeast operations, focusing on expanding the company\u2019s services in the region.<\/p>\n

“We are delighted that Grant has agreed to join BBG, where he will play an active and important role in our leadership team and the firm’s overall growth strategy. Grant’s ability to continually deliver for his clients and his extensive knowledge of virtually every type of commercial property will contribute tremendously to the momentum that BBG is building in the CRE market nationwide,” BBG President Chris Roach said in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining BBG, Griffin served as vice president with CBRE\u2019s Valuation and Advisory Services Atlanta division, being one of the company\u2019s most valued producers. In addition, he operated all commercial property types at CBRE, including multifamily<\/a>, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, special-purpose, subdivisions and land.<\/p>\n

“I am looking forward to leveraging my expertise and experience to provide the highest level of service for BBG clients.
