Michael O’Hanlon<\/p><\/div>\n

San Diego<\/strong>\u2013 OliverMcMillan<\/a>, a\u00a0visionary mixed-use development firm, has appointed\u00a0Michael O\u2019Hanlon to COO. O’Hanlon joins OliverMcMillan from Behringer Harvard’s equity REIT, where he was\u00a0CEO & president.<\/p>\n

OliverMcMillan also made two internal promotions. Senior Managing Director of Retail Services\u00a0Jeff Ziegler will serve as\u00a0senior managing director of asset management & leasing, while\u00a0Development\u00a0Director Eric Buchanan will serve as\u00a0senior managing director of development.<\/p>\n

Zeigler joined OliverMcMillan in 2011 and has since directed\u00a0the firm’s retail leasing<\/a> activities, spearheading lease\u00a0negotiations, tenant coordination, project merchandising and property marketing. Buchanan has been with OliverMcMillan since 2012, when he took on the role of development director.<\/p>\n

Reporting directly to Oliver, O\u2019Hanlon will execute the company’s strategic plan, overseeing operations and\u00a0growth initiatives across all divisions.<\/p>\n

For more than 35 years,\u00a0O’Hanlon has cultivated expertise in real estate management and development<\/a>, strategic portfolio\u00a0operations, capital markets transactions and\u00a0joint ventures.\u00a0His executive resume includes roles as COO & president at Billingsley Company and CEO & president of Inland Western Retail REIT.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Hanlon’s industry association memberships include ULI\u2019s Urban Development\/Mixed-Use Council, NAREIT and ICSC. He is a Fordham University graduate with a master\u2019s degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.<\/p>\n
