Bristol acquired the asset in 2013 for $12.6 million in cash, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yardimatrix.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Yardi Matrix<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The mid-rise property was developed in 1985, and underwent renovations from 2013 to 2015. The 10-story building features an open atrium, and available-to-lease suites with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and 360-degree views. Amenities include onsite property management, building maintenance, security, reserved garage and surface parking, as well as two restaurants and a bank.<\/p>\n<p>University Place at City Center is situated at 3111 North University Drive, within walking distance to retail, dining and entertainment options, including The Walk of Coral Springs, the new Coral Springs Municipal Complex, among many others.
