Chicago\u2013<\/strong>A year after the completion of Cushman & Wakefield’s epic merger with DTZ<\/a>, two of the giant service firm’s\u00a0senior executives are about to take on new roles, the company announced on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Effective Nov. 1, Joe Stettinius will become chief executive of brokerage and capital markets for the Americas, a newly created position. He had served as\u00a0chief executive of the Americas region since completion of the Cushman & Wakefield\/DTZ merger, in which he played a key role. Before DTZ combined with Cassidy Turley in early 2015<\/a>, Stettinius served as CEO of Cassidy Turley. Prior to that, he was area director for Trammell Crow’s Mid-Atlantic services business.<\/p>\n

Tod Lickerman, who has held the title of global president since the merger, will assume the role of chief executive for the Americas, the firm’s largest region.<\/p>\n

Both executives are veterans of leadership positions at the legacy firms that comprise Cushman & Wakefield.<\/p>\n

Lickerman followed a similar trajectory to Cushman & Wakefield, where he rounds out his term\u00a0as\u00a0global president. Prior to this role,\u00a0he served as global CEO at DTZ. Among other positions, he has served as CEO of corporate solutions for the Americas at JLL.<\/p>\n
