The site was sold by Triple FFF Investments to <a href=\"https:\/\/trxinvestments.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">TRX Investments<\/a>. It is a prime industrial market and a high-priority focus for our current investor base. We already own another development project in Doral for a 200,000-square-foot state-of-the-art distribution warehouse and we are prospecting additional properties to acquire and develop throughout Florida,\u201d Scott Pryce, co-founder &amp; CEO of TRX Investments, said in prepared remarks.
