Proposed development concept, Nantasket Beach Revitalization Plan, Hull, Mass.<\/p><\/div>\n

Boston<\/strong>\u2014Hull Redevelopment Authority<\/a> recently selected JLL\u2019s Public Institutions team to market the sale of a waterfront parcel along Nantasket Beach in Hull, Mass.<\/p>\n

The parcel, dubbed The Nantasket Beach Development Opportunity<\/a>, overlooks the Massachusetts Bay and extends roughly 0.3 miles along Hull Shore Drive. Located within a one-hour drive of downtown Boston and the Logan International Airport via Interstate 93, the property is subject to a predevelopment master plan put together by HRA and MassDevelopment<\/a>. Less than 80 miles away from both Rhode Island\u2019s coast and Cape Cod\u2019s resorts and condos, the parcel is now cleared and ready for development.<\/p>\n

The proposed revitalization plan is looking to \u201ccreate a beautifully scaled (walkable) waterfront town center for Hull residents,\u201d with development opportunities<\/a> including a mix of residential units, retail boardwalk by the beach, ground level parking, parks and a hotel.<\/p>\n

“The Hull Redevelopment Authority has worked with various state agencies and consultants to implement numerous upgrades to the Nantasket Beach area and put in place zoning that would allow for an impactful development to be built,” said Bartley Kelly, chair of the HRA, in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n
