Michael O’Hanlon<\/p><\/div>\n

San Diego\u2014<\/strong>OliverMcMillan<\/a>, a leading mixed-use real estate<\/a> developer in the U.S., announced the hire of senior real estate manager and industry veteran Michael O\u2019Hanlon as new chief operating officer. Also, two of the firm’s\u00a0key executives, Jeff Zeigler and Eric Buchanan, were promoted.<\/p>\n

In his new role, O\u2019Hanlon will be in charge with implementing the company\u2019s strategic plan and managing all aspects of OliverMcMillan\u2019s activity in order to ensure the organization\u2019s growth. He will report directly to\u00a0CEO Dene Oliver and will provide oversight of all company divisions. With over 35 years of comprehensive experience in real estate management, development, portfolio strategy operations, capital markets transactions and joint ventures, O\u2019Hanlon most recently served as CEO & president of Behringer Harvard<\/a>\u2019s opportunity-style real estate investment trusts. He previously held positions such as COO & president of Billingsley Co<\/a>. and CEO & president of Inland Western Retail REIT.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Hanlon has been a member of Urban Land Institute\u2019s Urban Development\/Mixed-Use Council, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a graduate of Fordham University and holds a master\u2019s degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.<\/p>\n

Jeff Zeigler<\/p><\/div>\n

Jeff Zeigler’s new role within the company is that of senior managing director of asset management and leasing. He has been with OliverMcMillan since 2011 and most recently led the retail services group.<\/p>\n

\"Eric<\/a>

Eric Buchanan<\/p><\/div>\n

Eric Buchanan joined OliverMcMillan in 2012 as development director. Following his promotion to senior managing director of development, he will also be in charge with seeking and vetting potential mixed-use development acquisitions. Buchanan is a graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Political Science and Asian Studies.<\/p>\n

OliverMcMillan has designed, developed and managed over eight million square feet of mixed-use projects, and is currently developing new projects valued at $3 billion. The company\u2019s portfolio includes retail, entertainment, creative office, hotel and residential projects throughout the United States.<\/p>\n
