The Mallory Eastside Apartments, Richardson, Texas<\/p><\/div>\n

Dallas<\/strong>\u2014Pinnacle<\/a> recently announced it has been retained to manage a new 281-unit apartment community in Richardson, Texas. The Mallory Eastside Apartments is currently under construction, with Hunt Cos<\/a>. at the helm as developer.<\/p>\n

“The property is uniquely positioned to support the needs of the thousands of new employees moving to North Dallas,” Jim Dobbie of Hunt Cos. said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n

The Mallory Eastside Apartments is located at 1705 N. Greenville Ave., just minutes away from UT Dallas, in an area with multiple restaurants, retail centers, major employers and recreational facilities. The property is approximately one mile south of the SH 75 and 190 Interchange, easily accessible from all points of the Dallas metropolitan area via DART rail.<\/p>\n

The community consists of 14 floor plans that include studio, one- and two-bedroom units with premium fixtures, high-end flooring, high ceilings and contemporary interior color schemes. Additional amenities include spa-inspired bathrooms, designer kitchens with stainless steel and granite stone countertops, and energy-efficient GE appliances. Community amenities feature an entertainment cave, outdoor pool, clubhouse, rooftop deck, fitness center, open-air pet park and private yards.<\/p>\n

“This property will introduce exclusive and boutique ground-breaking amenities to the Richardson market,” said Toni Rials, regional vice president for the North Texas Market with Hunt. “The Mallory’s rooftop lounge will create a sense of community among residents and the 70′ lighted sculpture will be an iconic draw visible from the neighboring roadways.”<\/p>\n
