The company has now expanded its portfolio to 151 shopping centers throughout the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Built in 2006, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/jacksonville-shopping-center-trades-for-25m\/\" target=\"_blank\">Harbour Village<\/a> is a 113,004 square foot shopping center in Jacksonville. Located at 13475 Atlantic Blvd., adjacent to The Woods and Queens Harbour Yacht &amp; Country Club, the center is managed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefreshmarket.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">The Fresh Market<\/a>, a leading fresh format grocer. Harbour Village features national and regional tenants like Stein Mart, Kumon, Planet Beach Tanning, Smoothie King and Woof Gang Bakery.
