A pre-war elevator building, it features 12-foot ceiling heights, open interior floor plans, and exceptional light and exposure with dramatic cityscape views.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction marks the second time Eastern Consolidated has arranged the sale of the property, originally representing both sides when VE Equities and WhiteStar Advisors acquired the property from Mazda Realty Associates LLC in December 2012, for $56 million.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter a contract on the building fell through last summer, we brought in a new offer from a great buyer, arranged a new contract in August, and closed the deal in less than 60 days,\u201d said Brian Ezratty, Eastern Consolidated vice chairman &amp; principal.<\/p>\n<p>The building is located just steps from the A, C, E &amp; 1 lines and Holland Tunnel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The former home of the Tribeca Film Festival was acquired by Vanbarton Group.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":451,"featured_media":1004154845,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21743,21808,1600,21742,10,21747],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1004154843","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-deals","category-featured","category-new-york","category-latest","category-northeast","category-office"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v23.4 (Yoast SEO v24.6) -
