During his tenure at Renatus, Nemeroff was directly involved in approximately $700 million worth of distressed commercial mortgage acquisitions and value-add real estate equity investments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStephen will play an integral role in meeting our long-term objectives in both new acquisitions and loan originations as well as further deepening our team of multidisciplinary professionals with the creative expertise needed to meet the challenges of our industry.
