The company will occupy the property&#8217;s 2,000-square-foot ground floor and 1,800-square-foot lower level, according to the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2016\/09\/urban-archeology-store-moving-but-staying-on-franklin-street-in-new-lease\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Commercial Observer<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Located on an iconic cobblestone street, between the Varick and Hudson streets, the building features a classic mix of bricks and blue-cast iron facade with 12-foot ceiling heights on the ground floor.<\/p>\n<p>The Lower Manhattan property is situated in an area with intense retail activity, near the historic Little Italy neighborhood. Prominent retailers in the surrounding area include Thom Browne, Issey Miyake, Patron of the New, James Perse, J.Crew and Rag &amp; Bone.
