Kevin Stahl<\/p><\/div>\n

New York<\/strong>\u2014JLL <\/a>has announced the appointment of Kevin Stahl as managing director for the firm\u2019s Capital Markets platform. Stahl will be based in New York and work alongside other JLL experts in the country to offer clients strategic advice, capital solutions and transaction execution through a unique combination of corporate finance, capital markets and real estate expertise.<\/p>\n

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry under his belt, Stahl will increase JLL\u2019s advisory competence by focusing on real estate mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, recapitalization, structured portfolio transactions and large private equity raises.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining JLL, Stahl held roles as partner & head of the real estate advisory business at Perella Weinberg Partners, and managing director & co-head of U.S. Real Estate Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets.<\/p>\n
