Cleveland<\/strong>\u2014 PECO Real Estate Partners<\/a> (PREP), a real estate operating and asset management company, has announced that Gordmans<\/a> opened a 45,000-square-foot anchor store at The Shoppes at Parma in suburban Cleveland.<\/p>\n

Gordmans is the latest brand\u00a0to join the\u00a0$95 million, 750,000-square-foot redevelopment located in Parma, Ohio. The Shoppes at Parma\u00a0is already home to retailers such as JCPenney, Walmart, Dick\u2019s Sporting Goods and Marc\u2019s Stores, among others.<\/p>\n

The property located at\u00a08253 W. Ridgewood Drive between Dick\u2019s Sporting Goods and Walmart features a wide variety of goods and is\u00a0the fastest expanding retail<\/a> company in the U.S. The new store is Gordman\u2019s third location in the Cleveland market, following the stores in Aurora and Mentor that opened in 2015.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe addition of Gordmans to our tenant roster is a huge step in the successful execution of our merchandising strategy for The Shoppes at Parma,\u201d Scott Mitchell, PREP\u2019s senior vice president of leasing, said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n
