Atlanta<\/strong>\u2014Lincoln Property Company Southeast<\/a> has been granted the leasing assignment for The Aaron Building, a 100,000-square-foot office property located in Atlanta<\/a>\u2019s Buckhead submarket.<\/p>\n

Lincoln senior vice presidents Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze will oversee leasing for the 80,000-square-foot office portion of the building, while Brittany McCall, senior associate with Vantage Realty Partners<\/a>, will oversee leasing for the ground-floor retail space.<\/p>\n

Development partners Hardman Knox of Knox Properties<\/a> and Cameron Golden of Redan Group<\/a>, alongside\u00a0The Loudermilk Cos.<\/a>, are currently executing renovations and also re-branding the building to The 309, according to data from\u00a0Yardi Matrix<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The redeveloped 12-story office building will feature significant exterior and interior upgrades, including Class A office space with 8,000-square-foot floor plates, large windows, a red brick \u201cmercantile\u201d exterior, renovated restrooms and common areas, as well as a ground-floor restaurant and retail. Redevelopment work began in August and is slated for completion in July 2017.<\/p>\n

\u201cGiven all the traditional Class A options along the Peachtree corridor of Buckhead, we believe this unique building will appeal to a wide variety of tenants looking for something different but still expecting the Class A quality, image and service they have been accustomed to,\u201d said Howell in a prepared statement. \u201cTenants are looking for alternatives to traditional office space, but still want the perks that come with a Buckhead location in order to attract and retain the best talent. 309 East Paces Ferry is the first Buckhead project that we believe will appeal to both the millennial and baby boomer.\u201d<\/p>\n

The property is located at 309 E. Paces Ferry,\u00a0offering a central, walkable location\u00a0near\u00a0high-rise apartments, restaurants and high-end retailers.<\/p>\n
