Hyatt Place Columbia\/Downtown\/The Vista, Columbia, S.C. <\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

Dallas<\/strong>\u2014Quorum Hotels & Resorts<\/a> has recently added three new hotels to the company’s management portfolio.<\/p>\n

The 174-key Hilton Lexington Suites is located in Lexington, Ky., in close proximity to the University of Kentucky and the Lexington Green Shopping Mall. The property will be renovated in the next 12 to 16 months and will be converted into an Embassy Suites upon completion.<\/p>\n

The 130-key Hyatt Place Columbia\/Downtown\/The Vista is the most recent hotel to open in the arts and entertainment district of The Vista in downtown Columbia, S.C.<\/a> In addition, the asset is situated within walking distance from the University of South Carolina.<\/p>\n

Marriott\u2019s 99-key Courtyard Provo in Provo, Utah, is situated next to the Brigham Young University campus and within easy reach of three retail destinations\u2014Provo Towne Centre, The Shops at Riverwoods and University Mall.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are actively seeking to add well-branded, select service properties within 3 miles of major universities. We have four more in our pipeline and hope to double that number in the next 60 days,\u201d Walt Peseski, Quorum\u2019s VP of development, said in prepared remarks. Quorum\u2019s services portfolio currently exceeds $1 billion in value.<\/p>\n
