The property was fully leased to multiple tenants at the time of sale. The building last changed hands just six months ago, when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/northern-virginia-office-industrial-portfolio-commands-90-5m\/\" target=\"_blank\">Finmarc acquired the asset<\/a> from First Potomac as part of a $90.5 million portfolio transaction.<\/p>\n<p>HFF Senior Managing Director Bruce Strasburg represented the seller. The buyer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donohoe.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">The Donohoe Cos.<\/a>, was represented by Donohoe Real Estate Services.
