The company is partnering with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howardhughes.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">The Howard Hughes Corp.<\/a> to open a 13,000-square-foot store in Manhattan\u2019s historic Seaport District.<\/p>\n<p>Located in the Fulton Market Building at 11 Fulton St., 10 Corso Como\u2019s new store will be designed by American artist Kris Ruhs, who also devised the concepts for the brand\u2019s locations in Milano, Seoul, Shanghai and Beijing.<\/p>\n<p>The new Manhattan location will follow in the footsteps of 10 Corso Como\u2019s other stores, incorporating the philosophy of \u201cslow shopping\u201d into its lifestyle destination. The concept was conceived by Carla Sozzani back in the 1990s in Milan.<\/p>\n<p>The city\u2019s historic Seaport District, situated on the East River in Lower Manhattan, is currently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/50-story-tower-proposed-as-part-of-nyc-seaport-redevelopment\/\" target=\"_blank\">being revitalized by The Howard Hughes Corp.<\/a> into a seven-building retail destination. Among the brands <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/howard-hughes-corp-brings-scotch-soda-to-the-seaport-district\/\" target=\"_blank\">joining the District\u2019s tenant roster<\/a> are Amsterdam-based Scotch &amp; Soda, iPic Theaters, McNally Jackson Books and two flagship restaurants by chefs Jean-Georges and David Chang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBringing such an important and influential brand in the creative and fashion sectors to the Seaport District will be a tremendous addition to New York City,\u201d David Weinreb, The Howard Hughes Corp.
