Craig Kish, SVP, NGKF<\/p><\/div>\n

Los Angeles\u2014<\/strong>Newmark Grubb Knight Frank<\/a>\u00a0has appointed Craig Kish as senior managing director in El Segundo, Calif. In his new role, Kish will be exclusively representing corporate user clients and providing occupancy solutions, as well as connecting operational needs and corporate headquarter strategies. Additionally, he will oversee restructures, sales, site selection and portfolio management.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining NGKF, Kish served\u00a0two years as SVP of\u00a0Cresa<\/a>, offering advisory services to corporate users. Kish\u2019s professional background also includes 15 years as SVP of Staubach Co., which was bought by JLL in 2008. Over the past five years, he successfully completed transactions of more than 2 million square feet.\u00a0During his six-year stay at JLL<\/a>, he worked with companies such as Turner Broadcasting, CBS, Verizon, Electronic Arts and Merrill Lynch.<\/p>\n

Kish is a member of CoreNet Global and Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA). He is a graduate of Ohio State University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, marketing and finance.<\/p>\n
