The property was built in 1996 and features controlled access, a fitness center and a total of 819 parking spaces, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yardimatrix.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Yardi Matrix<\/a>. AT&amp;T will occupy the first floor and will employ approximately 180 workers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cContact Pointe continues to appeal to top-tier tenants with its high parking ratio and large amount of contiguous office space available,\u201d JLL\u2019s John Gilbert said in a prepared statement. \u201cThis absorption will leave Contact Pointe with one remaining block of space to lease.
