Federal Highway in the Flagler Village area of Fort Lauderdale. In addition to Dalmar\u2019s 209 guestrooms and Element\u2019s 114 keys, the 400,000-square-foot property will offer premier ground-level retail space, meeting space and an amenity deck with a host of coveted offerings.<\/p>\n<p>The first two-in-one hotels hit the U.S. in 2003, per a report by hospitality consulting services firm HVS, and now there appears to be a trend afoot. These property types are popping up everywhere, from top-tier cities to tertiary markets like Hattiesburg, Miss., where the dual-branded Hampton Inn by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton opened earlier this week. \u201cThe dual-brand hotel concept is here to stay and is likely to grow further as investors become more acquainted with it,\u201d per the report.<\/p>\n<p>Tutor Perini is certainly familiar with this increasingly popular hotel type.
