Los Angeles<\/strong>\u2014NGKF<\/a> is looking to further develop their national industrial practice by having brokers John McMillan and Jeff Sanita join their ranks. Based out of NGKF\u2019s El Segundo office, McMillan will serve as executive managing director, while Sanita will serve as senior managing director.<\/p>\n

The industrial brokers have a similar background, both having previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield. McMillan has 26 years of experience under his belt and more than 1,100 transactions, totaling in excess of $2.67 billion. Sanita has over 19 years of experience in Los Angeles, having completed more than 1,000 transactions with a total value in excess of $2.5 billion. His previous position was senior managing director at Cushman & Wakefield.<\/p>\n

They are no strangers to high profile clients, which include Valspar, Smurfit-Stone, Kohl’s, CR Laurence, Prologis, Prudential and First Industrial.<\/p>\n

“John and Jeff are representative of the entrepreneurial market leaders who are looking to NGKF as the right platform to further build on their success,” Greg May, NGKF regional managing director, said in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n
