A\u00a0four-story, 105,000-square-foot Class A office building is also in the works in Maple Lawn, a 600-acre mixed-use business community located off MD Route 29 in Fulton.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur development at Annapolis Junction is in a new mixed-use transit-oriented development, which will contain a mix of retail, luxury apartments, Class A office space and a MARC train station with a 700-car parking garage,\u201d Williamson said. \u201cMaple Lawn is an award-winning mixed-use community in Howard County, and the new Greenleigh at Crossroads will be the premier live-work-play destination in Baltimore County.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Each of the multi-story office buildings will be constructed to satisfy LEED Gold requirements, while the flex\/R&amp;D buildings will satisfy LEED Silver requirements. St. John Properties is a leader in green development, with 39 buildings currently LEED certified.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSustainability is important to our clients,\u201d Williamson said. \u201cFurthermore, constructing LEED-certified buildings helps our clients save up to one third off their utility costs compared to non-certified buildings.
