Charlotte, N.C.<\/strong>\u2014CBRE<\/a> recently arranged the sale of\u00a0a 583,021-square-foot business park and more than 14 acres of additional land in Charlotte\u2019s Southwest Industrial submarket. CLT Logistics Center\u00a0was sold for $46.2 million to Meritex from Carlson Real Estate.\u00a0Patrick Gildea, Bryan Crutcher and Anne Johnson of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.<\/p>\n

Located at 3100-3401 International Airport Drive and 3100-3140 Yorkmont, the portfolio features high dock-door counts that exceed market average, large truck courts and wide truck entrances. Anchor tenants at include Bimbo Bakeries, FedEx and DC74 Data Centers.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell-located, Class-A industrial portfolios in the Charlotte market are in extremely high demand, particularly because they are rare. We garnered interest from a wide variety of institutional and private capital sources from around the nation,\u201d said Gildea in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n
