Tampa<\/strong>\u2014Osprey S.A. LTD<\/a> has granted Colliers International Tampa Bay<\/a> the exclusive leasing assignment of 1.3 million square feet of Class A office space in Sarasota, Tampa<\/a> and St. Petersburg.<\/p>\n

The Osprey portfolio consists of 14 office properties, with six located in and around the Tampa Bay area, and eight located in Sarasota. The Tampa\/St. Petersburg assets total approximately 700,000 square feet and the ones in Sarasota roughly 630,000.<\/p>\n

The office properties<\/a> have a combined occupancy rate of more than 80 percent and a high level of leasing activity. Lori Hellstrom, CCIM, formerly Osprey\u2019s director of leasing, who has joined the Colliers team as a director – office services, along with Fabienne Porter, client services specialist, are currently representing the portfolio. Hellstrom handled leasing for the Sarasota offices for seven years and for the Tampa\/St. Petersburg assets for the past year.<\/p>\n

The largest property in the portfolio is the 248,000-square-foot Sarasota City Center with notable tenants including Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch. Other prominent assets in the portfolio include the 105,096-square-foot Castille at Carillon in St. Petersburg and the Westlake Corporate Center I & II in Tampa, which total 172,048 square feet.<\/p>\n

With one of the largest leasing portfolios in Tampa Bay, Colliers already handles leasing for some of area\u2019s largest office properties, including downtown Tampa\u2019s Park Tower, and Fifth Third Center.<\/p>\n
