The balance of the building is a two-story office structure fully occupied by professional services tenants.<\/p>\n<p>Turf Equipment and Supply will relocate its operations from Kennett Square, Pa., in the fall of 2016, bringing new jobs and significant investment to a portion of previously vacant space, while retaining the roster of tenants who provide professional services throughout the region. The property is conveniently located at Route 202 and Matlack Street.<\/p>\n<p>Larry Bergen of Colliers International\u2019s industrial division represented the buyer.
