Nashville, Tenn.<\/strong>\u2014Rockbridge recently acquired Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown\/Convention Center<\/a>, a 214-key hotel located in the SoBro district of Nashville, Tenn.<\/p>\n

Located at 305 Korean Veterans Blvd., the property is\u00a0in close proximity to the Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, Convention Center and more entertainment venues ideal for a diverse group of corporate, leisure and group destinations.<\/p>\n

The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown\/Convention Center features amenities for guests such as a rooftop outdoor pool with terrace, a full-service restaurant, the SoBro Sports Bar and Grill, a wine bar, 4,200 square feet of flexible meeting space, business center, fitness center and on-site parking garage.<\/p>\n

“Nashville is an exciting and growing city, and we are very pleased to invest in a new, institutional-quality hotel in the center of this vibrant, dynamic market,” said Rockbridge CEO Jim Merkel in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n
