Stanley Meros, Paragon Commercial Property Management<\/p><\/div>\n

Baltimore<\/strong>\u2014Regional commercial real estate services firm KLNB LLC<\/a> recently announced the naming of Stanley Meros as director of business development for Paragon Commercial Property Management<\/a>, the company\u2019s third-party property management arm.<\/p>\n

In his new position, Meros will be in charge of creating property management<\/a> opportunities among development companies and institutional and private investors, as well as owners and end-users of commercial properties. He will also serve Paragon by strengthening the management division\u2019s relationships with the owners of the arm\u2019s current 125-property portfolio.<\/p>\n

Meros is a member of BOMA, ICSC and NAIROP Maryland. His 40-year professional track record includes positions with KNLB Management\u2014which he started\u2014as well as St. John Properties, where he served for 17 years as SVP of property management.<\/p>\n
