The transaction was handled by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colliers.com\/en-us\/sandiego\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Colliers International San Diego<\/a> region representative Mark McEwen, on behalf of sellers McEwen-Otay and MP McEwen I.
