Plans call for the construction of a second floor within the existing 21-foot high industrial building. The expansion will bring 94,000 net rentable square feet of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/self-storage\/\" target=\"_blank\">self-storage space<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Trico intends to take advantage of the dense Orange County market, where demand for self-storage units continues to grow.
