Washington\u2014<\/strong>Greysteel<\/a> recently appointed a new managing director to lead and oversee the firm\u2019s operations and Transaction Services Center. Duerk Brewer is charged with contributing to the development of Greysteel\u2019s strategic goals and objectives.<\/p>\n

Brewer comes to Greysteel with 17 years of industry experience.\u00a0Most recently he was a vice president at Berkadia<\/a>, tasked with integrating the company\u2019s Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking platform including the development of technology<\/a> and marketing to promote cross selling and lead generation. Prior to Berkadia, Brewer was a managing partner at Hendricks & Partners, a multifamily investment sales firm headquartered in Phoenix<\/a>. He played an instrumental role in the company\u2019s growth from a small start-up to a large nationwide platform prior to the purchase of Hendricks & Partners by Berkshire Hathaway & Leucadia National Corp.-backed Berkadia.<\/p>\n
