Richmond, Va.<\/strong>\u2014CBRE<\/a> Richmond recently announced North Parham Road\u2019s disposition of a 142,015-square-foot office building located in Richmond<\/a>\u2019s largest suburban submarket, the Northwest Quadrant. 2810 Centre was sold to Premier Tech Center for $10.4 million.<\/p>\n

Located at 2810 North Parham Road, 2810 Centre is a 3-story office building<\/a> which includes major tenants such as GSA, Xerox, Infian, Virginia Polytechnic Institute, University of Virginia<\/a>\u00a0and UnitedLex. The property was 86.5 percent occupied at the time of sale.<\/p>\n

The asset\u2019s new owner, Premier Tech Center\u2014an entity of Maryland-based Premier Companies led by Jonathan Cutler\u2014is planning substantial capital improvements to the newly acquired assets.<\/p>\n

Will Bradley represented North Parham Road in the sale. John Carpin and Malcolm Randolph will continue to handle the marketing and leasing of the property.
