Virtual reality and 3D visual effects company Legend 3D is the latest tenant to sign on at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kilroyrealty.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Kilroy Realty Corp.<\/a>\u2019s 1500 N. El Centro Ave. office building. Legend 3D will take over 27,000 square feet of space starting with December. The company will move about 100 employees to the new space, which will be dedicated to its post-production work, technology development projects and marketing duties. The property\u2019s tenant roster also consists of Viacom (MTV and Comedy Central) and Fender Guitars. An integral part of the 4.7-acre Columbia Square mixed-use community, the office building offers amenities that include Sugarfish, Rubies and Diamonds Coffee, and Neuhouse.<\/p>\n<p>Legend 3D has worked on projects for clients from the entertainment industry that include Lionsgate, Warner Brothers, Apple Music, Annapurna Pictures, Hulu and Tidal. The company offers services including virtual reality creative, production and post-production solutions.
