Skanska has signed a contract worth $153 million with Eighth and Demonbreun Hotel to manage the construction of the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/development\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">luxury development<\/a> JW Marriott <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/hotel\/nashville\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hotel in Nashville<\/a>.
