The transaction marks the company\u2019s seventh investment in Oregon. All these assets are 100 percent leased to cannabis growers, processors and dispensary operators.<\/p>\n<p>The latest addition to the company\u2019s portfolio is a 40,000-square-foot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/industrial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">warehouse<\/a> located in northeast Portland. The building will be home to two growers and one dispensary operator\u2014Premium Medicine of Oregon. The property has been acquired through the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/greenspacere.com\/how-we-help\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Buy-To-Suit-Program<\/a>\u201d whereby Greenspace identifies, acquires and leases properties that meet the needs of qualified cannabis businesses.
