Prior to his new position, he worked for Hardin Construction for 30 years, having served as SVP\u00a0&amp; general manager of the company\u2019s Tampa office and Florida operations.<\/p>\n<p>McKee is an established figure in the area, having served on the boards of the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Downtown Partnership and Tampa Bay Construction Network. He is involved with other organizations as well, including REIC, Leadership Tampa and Leadership Florida Alumni. He is a graduate of Auburn University\u2019s School of Building Construction.<\/p>\n<p>West Palm Beach-based Kast Construction Co. was founded in 1998.
