The financial details were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Suzanne Havekost, managing director of leasing and brokerage, represented the landlord and negotiated directly with the tenant on the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis transaction was years in the making and resulted in the most ideal scenario for both landlord and tenant,\u201d said Havekost. \u201cOne Technology Center is situated in a prime location within the renowned 900-acre South Texas Medical Center, making it an ideal space for a nursing college like Galen, dedicated to supporting the increasing demand in the local healthcare community, to grow. San Antonio is hot right now, and we\u2019re looking forward to continually strengthening our deep-rooted relationships with building owners and managers, like Hartman, across the market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Private nursing school <a href=\"https:\/\/www.galencollege.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Galen College of Nursing<\/a> first leased 24,000 square feet at One Technology Center in 2008 and extended to approximately 41,800 square feet in the next few years, while still keeping an extended campus less than three miles away at 4440 Piedras Drive South in San Antonio.
