Following the sale, the hotel has been rebranded as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.starwoodhotels.com\/whotels\/property\/overview\/index.html?propertyID=4535&amp;SWAQ=63EP&amp;PS=LGEN_AA_DNAD_CGGL_TPRP\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">W Miami<\/a>, and it is now part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.starwoodhotels.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Starwood Hotels &amp; Resorts<\/a> family of brands.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hodgeswardelliott.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hodges Ward Elliott<\/a>, an independent global hotel brokerage and investment banking firm, represented the seller in the offshore transaction, with Mark Elliott, president, and Rudy Reudelhuber, managing director, at the helm.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This was a win-win for both the seller and the buyer. Designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/arquitectonica.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Arquitectonica<\/a>, the luxury hotel boasts 148 guestrooms, including suites as well as one- and two-bedroom residences, with amenities such as a 28,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, meeting spaces, restaurants, rooftop lounge and swimming pool.
