The brand will debut with ph Premiere Resort-Residences Orlando, a flagship condo-hotel located just minutes away from Orlando\u2019s famed theme parks and attractions.<\/p>\n<p>The 547-key upscale hotel will be developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/azzurracorp.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Azzurra Development<\/a> and will feature a variety of stylish accommodations and condo residences, including pet friendly suites. Each suite will detail color palettes of elegant neutrals, including ivory, champagne and caramel, accentuated by custom woven carpets, porcelain wood plank details and plush accent runners. Contemporary furnishings, including sofas, benches and seating will be upholstered with custom, luxe fabrics. The outdoor pool will feature a 35,000-square-foot amenity deck with a playground. The hotel will also boast a 12,000-square-foot spa and fitness facility that will offer weight training, yoga and Pilates, with personal trainers available upon request.
