New York<\/strong>\u2014Lower Manhattan will welcome a brand new Four Seasons<\/a> hotel late this summer.\u00a0The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, the brand\u2019s second location in the city, will soon open at 30 Park Place, an 82-story mixed-use tower designed by Robert A.M. Stern<\/a> and developed by Silverstein Properties<\/a>. Once completed, the tower will be the second-tallest residential building in Downtown Manhattan, and will feature 157 Four Seasons Private Residences and the 185-key Four Seasons hotel.<\/p>\n

The new hotel is conveniently located in an area of Manhattan bustling with activity, just one block away from the World Trade Center and on the same block as\u00a0the iconic Woolworth Building. The new Four Seasons will feature the first Manhattan restaurant by Chef Wolfgang Puck, a spa featuring seven treatment rooms and a 75-foot lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness center and plenty of meeting and event space.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn a city that surprises, there\u2019s a kind of Renaissance happening in its oldest area,\u201d General Manager Peter Humig said in a prepared statement. \u201cA new layer of community is emerging amid the neighborhoods we already know so well including Tribeca, Soho and Wall Street. Exciting new architecture has taken shape, cultural institutions such as the Whitney Museum of American Art have opened alongside the area\u2019s art galleries, new shops and restaurants are launching every week, and businesses are moving back to Lower Manhattan.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new Four Seasons hotel is now confirming reservations for arrivals starting October 2016.<\/p>\n
